Really amazing!

This Robert Conti really knows how to do some nice jazz guitar improvisation!

Thank you for posting the video and getting the trouble of writing something about it! Your writing is quite explanatory.

I also play guitar but wouldn't dare to call myself a guitarist :)

Mike, you're absolutely right about Robert Conti's improvisation.

You don't have to be a guitar virtuoso or a famous guitar player to call yourself a guitarist! As long as you enjoy playing guitar just do it.

Furthermore, if you really want to learn how to play guitar look immediately for a guitar teacher. If not check out the web for guitar lessons. The internet is full of guitarist resources!

You can also check my main blog www.A2ZGuitar.com for some guitar information. Besides articles on guitar there are also some guitar sheet music and guitar tabs for free download.

Good luck with your playing, Mike!

P.S. - May I refer to you as a guitarist?

:)

Jazz has always been a great mystery to me. It is not something that you easily learn, you need to feel it. If you don't then it is hard to master it.

Hi,

it's Alex from Native Instruments, makers of the Guitar Rig digital guitar studio. We have just started a contest on YouTube called "Guitar Rig Hero". Basically, the entrants showcase their musicianship using Guitar Rig in a filmed performance.

I came across your blog and thought there's a good chance that you and your readers will be interested in the competition. There is a high-profile artist jury and some cool prizes from Gibson and other companies. Maybe you even want to join the contest yourself?

The contest info page is here:
www.native-instruments.com/guitarrigcontest

And the contest channel is here:
www.youtube.com/guitarrigcontest

Thanks for your time, and if you have any questions about the contest, just let me know.

Best regards from Berlin,

Alex

P.S. Sorry to go this way, but I found no possibility to contact you.
